Meeting of the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic

On October 13, 2026, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic Mr. Edmondo Cirielli, as part of his official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, held a meeting and talks with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Farukh Hamralizoda.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation and ways to expand practical engagement between Tajikistan and Italy.

Particular attention was paid to the economic cooperation, investment and involvement of Italian companies to the implementation of projects in Tajikistan, as well as the activities of the Regional Office of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).

The parties reaffirmed their readiness to continue regular dialogue and strengthen cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest.
